Registration in the academic year
Enrollment determines the relationship between the faculty and the student for the period of the current academic year. Enrollment for studies is basically carried out through the Academic Information System (hereinafter referred to as "AIS2"). By enrolling, the student defines his study plan for the following semester or year of study. The student compiles the study plan himself from the offer of subjects of the study program in order to fulfill the rules given by the study program in accordance with the provisions of the valid study regulations. You can find the structure of the subjects of your study program in AIS2, in the Study programs menu (left), in the VSST178 application.
Faculty online registration of subjects will start on September 1 at 8:00. You can select subjects for the current academic year (both semesters, winter and summer) and adjust your selection again at any time until the beginning of the teaching part of the winter semester until 23:59 , when the AIS2 electronic system closes. In case of a schedule conflict, you can adjust the subjects in the study department until the end of the 2nd week of the teaching part. Additional registration for the summer semester will be made available before the start of the summer semester.
In order to be able to use online electronic registration, you must meet the following conditions (applies to students of the second and higher years in each level of study):

Have paid the fee for the validation grade for the next academic year by August 25. If you make a payment by transfer from account to account (by internet banking, at a branch) and enter all the data correctly (account number, amount, variable symbol and specific symbol), your payment will be paired automatically within 5 working days. Do not pay the fee by postal order!
In case of non-compliance with the above procedure, you will have to document the payment of the fee.

External study students must have their tuition paid by the day of registration for the next academic year.

The fact that you will register your subjects "online" does not mean that you are exempted from personal participation in the administrative registration (validation of the ID card, submission of an affidavit about the previous study, verification of the study results of the previous academic year) according to the registration schedule.
If you have not paid the validation grade for the following academic year in accordance with the instructions sent during the holidays (see message in AIS2), the registration will not be made.
Enrollment takes place in two stages:
- the main enrollment of students in higher years of study takes place in accordance with the enrollment schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a lunch break;
-changes in the registration of subjects (in accordance with the study schedule) can be implemented no later than the end of the 2nd week of the teaching part of the semester. After this deadline, the registration system will be closed.
After you have definitively chosen your subjects, come to the study department, where you will sign the Study Plan Protocol for the relevant semester, or academic year, which will definitively end your enrollment. In case of further changes during additional registration in the summer semester, you are obliged to record this fact, that is, to appear at the study department and sign the Protocol on the change of the study plan.
By entering subjects from the ELTF CU offer in the registration form, you are automatically included in the schedule, as the subjects are only offered in one term. In the case of registering a subject from another faculty, you must also register for the given subject in the schedule of the relevant faculty.

Each student is also assigned a university email. The login name and password are identical to the login data for AIS2 that you received in the admission decision. Information about the study will be sent exclusively to your university e-mail and also to the message in AIS2.

Important Notice!
Check the status of your registration before the end of the period for making changes (until the end of the 2nd week of the teaching part of the semester) and if there is something wrong, correct it. We do not accept later requests to change the registration!
