Theology mainly reflects the religious-cultural, socio-political and philosophical circumstances under which the Christian message arises and is shaped. It examines the identity of the text in its environment from an interdisciplinary perspective. The method of intercultural hermeneutics clarifies the thought model of the author of the text. The dynamics of the text is revealed by the context, which cannot be understood only in terms of the surrounding environment from which the text originates, but also as a reality in which it participates on the one hand and shapes it on the other. Philosophy and religious studies help present the particularity of thinking in a specific time and space, which is reflected in theology.
